• The onsite warranty upgrade is an upgrade and supersedes the standard return to base warranty meaning, two year onsite is two years warranty in total ( some people suspect the one year return to base and additional two years on site= Three in total, this is incorrect)
• Once the warranty is purchased and the letter given to the Customer, they will need to register with Brother
• Onsite support is available to Customers within 50km of a major city or 30km in rural locations- outside these radiuses may attract a travel charge.
