These terms apply to all purchases made through thetechdepot.com.au. By using the website you agree to these terms. They work together with your statutory rights under Australian consumer law — nothing in these terms reduces those rights.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time; the price displayed at the time you place an order is the price that applies. Product availability and pricing are updated regularly from our suppliers; if an item becomes unavailable or its price changes significantly, we will contact you before your order is finalised.
An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if the product is mispriced, or if the stock has been committed to another customer.
Orders are dispatched from our Queensland warehouse and delivered Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; these are estimates and not guarantees. Free shipping applies to orders over $200 (see our shipping information).
You have a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused items in original packaging. Items must show no signs of damage or use. To start a return, contact us at info@thetechdepot.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Faulty or not-as-described goods are covered by your Australian Consumer Law rights, which may extend beyond this guarantee (repair, replacement or refund depending on the failure).
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Product images, descriptions and website content are the property of The Tech Depot or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the website is limited to the price you paid for the product in question. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
